Mr. Aiello graduated from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with honors in 1982 after graduating magna cum laude from Fordham University in New York in 1978. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is also admitted to the Pennsylvania and Connecticut State Bars. His professional associations include the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Mr. Aiello has handled cases that have resulted in multi-million dollar settlements. He has appeared in The Newark Star Ledger, the Courier News, and the Bergen Record among others. He practices in the Superior Court of New Jersey in both the trial court section and the appellate divisions, the Workers' Compensation Court, and Municipal Courts.
