Mr. Devero received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law and his degree in Political Science/Business Management from the University of Notre Dame. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as the Labor and Employment Law section of the New Jersey State Bar. He is also a member of the Somerset County Bar Association and past chairman of the Labor and Employment Committee.

Mr. Devero's practice is limited to employment and labor law.  He has extensive experience in the field of employment law and has represented numerous employees that have been wrongfully terminated in violation of th N.J. Law Against Discrimination due to their age, race, gender, sexual preference, pregnancy, religion, disability and other protected classes as well as victims of sexual harassment and whistleblowers demoted or terminated in violation of the N.J. Conscientious Employee Protection Act. Mr. Devero's clients were employees of governmental entities and companies ranging from Fortune 100 companies to substantially smaller entities. Mr. Devero has also represented employers in the defense of discrimination and wrongful termination claims, preparation of employee handbooks and the presentation of sexual harassment training classes.

Mr. Devero is also a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and a court approved mediator on the New Jersey Superior Court Roster of Approved Mediators. Like his legal practice, Mr. Devero's mediation practice is limited exclusively to employment law and related claims.
